How To Motivate & Promote MLM Team Growth and Duplication!

MLM Team

In order to promote and motivate MLM Team growth within your organization, duplication is key if you are going to be successful in Network Marketing.

So, What Does it Take to Create Duplication When Building Your MLM Team?

1. Consistency

2. Leadership Skills

3. Communication

4. Marketing System

5. Personal Growth & Development

Let’s take a closer look at each step!

Consistency ~

I placed consistency at the top of the list, even ahead of leadership skills for the simple reason: It all starts with You. If you don’t have a consistent daily method of operation, with crystal clear-cut steps to follow each and everyday, it will be next to impossible to promote team growth.

Put a plan in place with a few simple steps to follow daily. Your team will mirror and do what you do. If you need help creating a list, click the link above for the 7 basic steps to take when starting your network marketing business.

Leadership Skills ~

Here’s a great site to visit on becoming an exceptional leader. You will find 30+ articles here to help develop your leadership skills.

Communication ~

This is key to developing MLM Team Growth and Duplication. Do everything in your power to make sure your team is plugged into your MLM company program.

Jim Rohn taught: “As a leader you should always start with where people are before you take them to where you want them to go”

Start by finding out what your new teammates goals are. Understanding their fears is another important aspect in learning how to motivate them. Communicate with your team at least 3 times a week. Simple email updates weekly can make all the difference.

Having a MLM business is far more than just sponsoring as many people as possible just to make a quick bonus buck! That’s like throwing mud up against the wall and hoping some of it will stick.

Is that the kind of duplication you want to teach your downline? Of course not!

There is nothing worse than building a team of Do-Nothings… Sponsor less people, concentrate on quality not quantity. Which leads us to point number four!

4. Have a Marketing System in Place ~

Most network marketing companies provide basic marketing tools, trainings, webinar’s, sizzle calls, etc. As a Leader, it’s your job to communicate with your downline to make sure they have, know, and understand how to use these tools effectively.

A good leader should be able to provide tools outside of the company training material as well.

Here’s a bonus tip I learned from a current leader on my MLM team.

Start a private Facebook group to provide tips, mlm training, recruiting material and have each member of your team invite their new recruits to the group.

mlm team

This does a few things which adds value to team and the entire organization.

A. It provides a central location for constant communication.

B. Everyone can share ideas and learn from each other about what’s working, or not working.

C. Allows new leaders to emerge and causes everyone to remain engaged, excited, and motivated.

D. Increases Team MLM growth rate.

Personal Development & Growth

Recently, I’ve started incorporating personal growth and development into my daily routine, along with sharing its principles with my MLM team, it has started to cause massive growth and duplication.

Mindset is such an important factor if we are to be successful in anything in life. Especially when trying to build a MLM home business.

Getting clarity on Goal Setting, Time Management, Business Development, Wealth Building, Personal Motivation, etc has never been easier than it is today.

The facebook group is an excellent idea to create a bond with your team and to keep a close knit community to maximize the effect of the training put in place.

MLM marketers who lost consistency in their beliefs and work are more likely to lose respect and trust from his/her clients. The challenging business environment is out to test their integrity.

    Hey Robert,

    Thanks for your comment!

It’s amazing how powerful Google hangouts are. Having a strong presence on Google plus is a major factor for so many aspects of your blog’s SEO. Everything seems to be more about the social vote these days when it comes to ranking an article.

    Thanks again for sharing.
