James Hsu Review!
I just finished a two day training with Mr. Hsu (pronounced shoe) and I have ONE three letter word to describe the experience… WOW!
This is my Hsu Review!
James Hsu is on fire and has more energy than Con Edison Gas & Electric during peak hours in NY City.
Mr. Hsu was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been in the Network Marketing industry for 9 years. For some that may sound like a long time but compared to his Mentor, Mr. Jerry Ballah who has 43 years under his belt, 9 years is like the blink of an eye!
You could consider James Hsu an infant, okay a toddler in the industry. But man does this toddler pack one serious punch!
James Hsu has learned well from Mr. Ballah and he is no slouch when it comes to his Multi Viral Marketing business either.
James went from Zero to over 300 recruits in under 45 days, reaching the 4th highest position in his MLM company. He would never brag about it either, he is far too humble of a man, but he would mention it just to add some credence because you see, he is all of 28 or 29 years old.
Mr. James Hsu will tell you all of his teachings are what Mr. Ballah taught him, just packaged in his own words. It’s like going out to a show or an event to hear James speak. The two day training was over in what felt like a couple of hours!
Alright, enough background on James Hsu, what I really want to share with you is how to add Culture Into Your MLM.
Mr. Hsu is of Asian decent. I know, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out by his last name. I mention that because in the Asian Culture, you don’t walk into someone’s home with your shoes on, you take them off at the front door.
Mr. Hsu proceeded to talk about a few American cultures, in quite a humors way I might add. He talked about the big fat man that once a year flies all over the world sliding down the chimney’s leaving presents for everyone in the home.
The big long eared bushy tailed bunny that leaves droppings (chocolate) hidden that all the children fight over to find on Easter Sunday!
Or the fact that once a year we dress up our kids like little devils or bloody them up and scare the heck out of them! Then we then proceed to drag them around to strangers homes (which they are taught never to do! Stranger Danger right?) and ask for candy; from a person we have no idea what they may have put in it…
But it’s the American Culture!
There is a MLM Culture which you need to bring into your business if you are ever going to be successful in Network Marketing, and it MUST start the day you sign up any prospect and get them started in your business.
They will do what they see you do. If you start them out with the right culture, it is all they will know and therefore teach their team to do the same thing. It’s all about duplication! If your not doing it, neither will they. And how the heck is your team going to grow if everyone is doing nothing?
I am not going to get into all the steps here, perhaps there will be a James Hsu Two training post down the road but, it’s imperative for You and YOUR business to start off your newest prospect with the proper culture!
Here are Two Top James Hsu Tips. (say that 5 times fast)
1. It begins with finding out their “WHY”.
What’s the motivation for them joining your business? Aside from you, because people join people, not a product, or a company, or a comp plan. They join because of the leader they see in you. So you better be the leader and teach them the proper MLM Culture!
You need to get to the bottom of their “WHY”! If in the process you get them to cry, all the better. Then you will have gotten them to their emotional side and the true reason for them getting started will come out.
Their “WHY” is your ammo, your silver bullet so to speak! Mr. James Hsu explains if you can find out what motivates people to do what they do, then you can use that very reason to KEEP them motivated.
2. The second most important Culture you need to teach is “THE LIST”
I know, the dreaded List! You’ve heard it before and you’ll hear it again! Without the list, you may as well give-em their money back and tell them to go back to doing what they always do. The scary part is… They will go back to doing what they always do, but expect a different result. Hmm, that’s the definition of Insanity isn’t it?
You have to sit down with them and write it out! Get the top 200 names of people they need to start contacting and put it down on paper. Have them break out their cell phone, guaranteed they have at least 100 names in their address book.
Hit up their list of friends on Facebook, I think the average person has close to 136 friends on FB. If they don’t have their phone number listed, send them a message, NOT on their wall either, do a private message to get a number or initiate the conversation.
Teach them not to Pre-Judge either and be sure they write out their “Chicken List”. You know, the ones they are scared to death to call because they think they are too busy or would laugh at them for being involved with an MLM. The “Chicken List” is that special group of highly influential successful business people that didn’t get to where they are today by not having or seeing a vision.
They are the ones who are not afraid to grab the ball and run with it when they see an opportunity either. Not to mention, the last thing you will hear them say is. Oh I’d like to get started but I don’t have the money… Ugh! How many times have you heard that one?
Hey, there are a ton of other things I would like to share with you that James Hsu taught us, but I don’t want to wear out my welcome here. It’s looking more and more like a Hsu Two Post is on the horizon! I’ll keep you posted on that.
